One of 24 containers caught fire. Businesses adjacent to the substation or within approximately 0.25 mi were evacuated. A shelter-in-place order was issued for locations farther east. Classes were cancelled at some nearby schools. The fire started at noon on September 5, and was extinguished by 1 AM on September 6.[1][2]
