Description: A fire broke out at a solar power generation facility in Gasa-myeon, Chilgok-gun, at around 3:40 p.m. on the 4th, causing property damage estimated at 610 million won by the fire department. The fire department suspected that the fire started from the ESS in the facility. The operation of the ESS was temporarily halted when the government recommended the shutdown of all ESS facilities that were at risk of spreading fire at the end of last year, as ESS fires had continued across the country. Later, it was reported that a fire broke out last month while some of the batteries in the ESS were being replaced and restarted.
