Load Shed

This file describes the load shed schedule that will be assumed in reliability calculations when the input load_shed_percentage is turned on.

• Outage Length (hrs) - This is the upper limit of outage duration in hours that the specified load shed conditions will be maintained for.
• Load Shed (%) - What percentage of the critical load will be maintained at this outage duration. 100% indicates that the full critical load will be supplied. 25% indicates that three quarters of the critical load will be shed.
